Pino, a celebrated chef and restaurateur in Siena, has thoughtfully and creatively designed an
authentic Tuscan-inspired menu for Pietra. Meaning “stone” in Italian, Pietra establishes the foundation of the culinary program.
Pietra crafts lunch, dinner and Saturday/Sunday brunch from Memorial Day Weekend through the third weekend in September.
Pino has carefully selected wines, in collaboration with friends in Montalcino, Chianti, Montapulciano and other Italian farms,
in addition to beautiful wines from around the world.
Pietra is available for private events and weddings from the last weekend in September to the weekend before Memorial Day.
