As an Estate Member you will enjoy your own private guest suite year-round, at any time of your choosing.
Once your membership is paid in full, the guest suite is yours to use as you like. Enjoy it for yourself, offer it to friends and family,
or you may participate in Stone House’s optional rental program, where we will manage the rental of your guest suite on your behalf.
Each guest suite offers a private and refined sanctuary stylishly designed for comfort and relaxation.
This coastal preserve and the fully furnished guest lofts are coupled with a gracious service, resort amenities, and anticipatory service culture.

Your Estate Membership is fully transferable, renewable and can be assigned to your children, grand children, great grandchildren,
and as all family estates in Little Compton, can be passed from generation to generation. The right to use the guest loft is structured as a 99 year,
assignable and renewable lease.
